TERMS & CONDITIONS

<01>Buyers who have bid on seller's item consider as a contract of purchase. Buyer who failed to make his/her payment after winning the auction will be reported to admin for suspension. No excuses will be accepted by seller. You Bid...You Won...You Pay. <02>Buyers have to pay exact auction winning price including delivery. <03>All prices in the auction consider Fixed. Seller might give discount for expensive stuff to his buyers (depend on seller). <04>Post delivery cost will be as stated in the auction, combine delivery for 2 or more items please contact seller (depend on weight, other charges might applied), Sabah Sarawak buyer will be charge extra (depend on item weight, insurance, special packing and etc). <05>Seller will only post the item after buyers made his/her payment. Seller will not deliver the item before buyers made his/her payment. <06>Delivery through post is at buyer's risk. <07>For those buyers want to COD item, COD can be made in Melaka, Klang, Petaling Jaya & Kuala Lumpur (depend on seller, contact seller for more info). Seller reserve rights not to entertain COD if seller is busy. Please understand. <08>Seller will use Poslaju or Private Courier for delivery option (depend on buyer's choice). Seller highly recommended Poslaju and Private Courier for delivery (fast and most secured). Item normally will arrive within 2 days. <09>Seller will not responsible for the delay of the item because of public holiday, delivery company's fault and etc, seller can only send it as soon as possible, Please allow at least 3 days for seller to deliver after payment have been made. Seller will inform the delay of the item if seller is out station (normally few days). Buyers have to wait patiently. Seller will not entertain buyers who ask seller to deliver the item faster when seller is out station (seller hope buyers can understand that seller will be very busy during out station). <10>Buyer can ask special packing (special seal with plastic and box to ensure safety of the item, only for expensive stuff), but buyer's will be charge extra (special plastic tape seal, plastic seal(waterproof), box seal(depend size) and etc charge). <11>Please allow at least 3 weeks for seller to claim the lost item for his buyer. (Please note that only item Lost during delivery sometimes can be claimed, Item Damaged during delivery is at buyer's risk -<U> Cannot be claimed</U> )(Examples: electronic devices, glasses and etc) <12>Please note that the insurance company will not fully paid the lost of the item. Seller will not responsible for the lost of buyers. <13>No safe trade please, seller never use safe trade. But there is exception. Buyers disagree this term please do not bid on seller's auction. <14>Please understand the meaning of used and second hand item, failure understand this will void your bid automatically. <15>Please read all the content before you bid, seller will not responsible for any possible caused by those buyers that do not read carefully. Examples: (wrongly purchase etc...no refund...no exception...own responsible!!). Seller will not entertain buyers like this. <16>Please ask seller if you have any question before you bid. Do not bid if you don¡¯t understand the content of the auction, seller will explain it for you (sms/call/email seller, seller will not call you to explain it). For further info of the item please call seller. <17>All seller's item is in Ringgit Malaysia. No other countries currencies are acceptable by seller for local buyer. (except international buyer) <18>Please note that seller cannot sell the item before item auction closed, so do not offer to buy the item. Seller can only sell to the winner of the auction, serious buyers please win the bid to buy the item, no exception unless the item still available after auction closed (no winner) or joy bidder case. Seller will not take any offer from any buyers and sold item before auction closed. (lelong's rule) <19>Seller reserve rights to sell to the second and third highest bidder who bid in the same auction (in joy bidder case). Buyers failed to make his/her payment within a week will automatically consider as joy bidder and seller reserve rights to sell the item to the second/third highest bidder. Seller might not entertain buyers who ask to complete the deal 7 days after auction closed. <20>All rights reserved in this auction (including pictures and descriptions). Lelong members who copy the description or pictures of seller's auction will be reported to admin for further actions (seriously). Seller also reserve rights to sue any member who copy. <21>Warranty will not be provided by seller unless as stated in the auction. Seller will not provide any warranty for any product in any conditions if the item is under warranty of any company (Examples: electronic devices). Buyers have to claim the warranty him/herself. Seller will not entertain buyers asking for personal warranty from seller in the item still under warranty (from any company) or item with no warranty (unless seller mention about seller's personal warranty). So it's very important for buyers to read carefully before bid. <22>For all seller's no reserve auction, all item will automatically no warranty, no discount, no exceptions. Please understand. <23>Only the winner can see the actual auction item, bidders are only allowed to see pictures, please understand that if all member want to see the item, seller will be very busy. Please understand that the auctions consider as E-commerce and all item are in pictures. <24>Item sold as stated in auction. No refund will be given to buyers (except seller mention about refund policy in the auction). <25>All goods sold are not returnable. No return policy from seller, no exception. So please read before bid. <26>Seller reserve rights to give refund or refuse to refund (depend on buyer's explanations). For those buyers who ask for refund (only for those auction that seller mention about refund), buyers must provide an acceptable reason and deliver the item back to seller, seller will only refund after received full package (same package as when seller post to buyers). Package that not complete will be return back to buyers and refund process will be automatically cancelled. So make sure before you send back to void this happen. <27>Seller will not entertain buyers who complaint if seller refuse to refund. Seller will not refund if seller thinks that the reasons provided from buyers are not acceptable by seller. Bidders of seller's auction will automatically consider by seller as accept this term. <28>Please understand that seller only responsible selling this item, do not use it for illegal purposes. Any buyer use item sold by seller for illegal purposes will be at buyers own responsible. No help will be provided from seller. So please do not use it for illegal purposes. <29>Please make sure you paid the right seller before you make your payment. Seller will not responsible for those buyer that bank in to wrong account (not seller's account), no refund or help will be provided from seller (own responsible), buyers can ask for help from admin. <30>Buyers who failed to make his/her payment (joy bidder) will be reported for further action, admin reserve rights to suspend joy bidder's account and RM25 is required to reactivate your account, your bid is a contract to buy, so please do not joy bid. Thanks! <31>Seller reserve rights to make police reports for any fraud or con case related to seller's auction. <32>By bidding seller's auction seller consider his buyers have understand all the descriptions, contents, terms and conditions.
